Hamilton County Website Copyright Policy 

The Hamilton County Commissioners have created a website that contains text information along with graphical data using the Hamilton-co.org URL.  This site is also a portal to numerous other County sites that have been developed by other elected officials, boards and agencies.  In almost all of these sites, agencies have inserted a number of pictures and images to go along with the text to give the visitor a window upon places of interest in Hamilton County. 

The Hamilton County sites retain copyright protection on all text, graphic images and other content in their web sites except where noted that these items are the property of another entity.

To inquire about obtaining permission to use any materials from the County’s web site or if you would like a high-quality image of an item on the web site, please ask that agency’s webmaster or contact the County Administrator’s Office.

You may print copies of the information for your own personal use and you may refer to County websites in your own documents. Commercial use of County web sites and content contained therein is prohibited without advance written permission of the County.
