The Court staff consists of a Bailiff and a Constable. Each performs a valuable service to the Judge and their courtroom activities.
The Bailiff is responsible for providing security for the Judge in and out of the courtroom as well as preparing entries and other documents as directed by the Judge. The Bailiff acts as liaison between the Judge and attorneys, as well as, third parties. The Bailiff prepares most documents, and any other important information needed for the Judge.
The Constable is charged with the duties of obtaining and preparing all proper paper work, documents, signatures, and other forms needed by the Court. The Constable is also responsible, with the Bailiff, for keeping decorum in the Court, while providing security by checking for suspicious packages or weapons.
