1.27 Interpretive Services - Revised Rule, Effective 3-28-2011
When interpretive services are needed, the attorney or party requesting an interpreter shall complete Form DR 1.7 (Request for Interpreter) and submit it to Deanna Rohe of the Court (Fax - (513) 946-9070) no later than ten days before the scheduled hearing. The Court will arrange for an appropriate interpreter to be present for the hearing. It is the responsibility of the requesting party to notify Deanna Rohe (531) 946-9139, immediately, if there is any change in the date or time of the hearing.
