· Construction Schedule Report: On May 6, project managers presented a Great American Ball Park construction schedule update to the Hamilton County Commissioners at the weekly Staff meeting. Key Schedule Items: o The ball park remains on target for Opening Day 2003. o The Cincinnati Reds administration building remains on target for a November 2002 occupancy. o The majority of Phase 2 construction at Great American Ball Park is on schedule for an Opening Day 2004 completion. The Hall of Fame schedule is currently being re-evaluated. Adjacent road and street construction may push back its opening 60-90 days.

· · SBE Numbers Remain Strong: Project managers also released a report outlining the level of Small Business Enterprise participation in the Great American Ball Park project. As of February 28, 2002, a total of 26.9% of all contracted work had been committed to small businesses, which includes any minority- and women-owned businesses that also are classified as small businesses. A further breakdown shows that 12% of contracts went to minority-owned businesses and 3.8% to women-owned business enterprises.

Safety Update:
Through February 28,
only four lost workday incidents were reported for the construction of Great
American Ball Park and related projects. Even with these incidents, the
project lost workday incident rate stands at 1.3, well below the national
average of 5.4. This statistic encompasses 702,545 hours worked.

Workforce Breakdown of
Project: Commissioners also were
presented with workforce breakdowns by race and gender for contracts awarded
thus far. Percentages are as follows: 85% White and 15% minority; and 95%
male and 5% female.

| · Community Display Schedule: The Great American Ball Park traveling display, featuring photographs, renderings and riverfront development information, will be on display at Dick’s Sporting Goods, 1336 Hansel Avenue in Florence, Kentucky through May 28. |
