Construction Schedule Report: On January 27, project managers presented a Great American Ball Park construction schedule update to the Hamilton County Commissioners at the commissioners’ staff meeting.

| SBE Numbers Remain Strong: Project
managers also released a report outlining the level of Small Business
Enterprise participation in the Great American Ball Park project. As of
November 30, 2002, a total of 25.9% of all contracted work had been
committed to small businesses, which includes any minority- and women-owned
businesses that also are classified as small businesses. A further breakdown
shows that 11.5% of contracts went to minority-owned businesses and 4.1% to
women-owned business enterprises. |

| Safety Update: Through November 30, only
eight lost workday incidents were reported for the construction of Great
American Ball Park and related projects. Even with these incidents, the
project lost workday incident rate stands at 1.0, well below the national
average of 5.4. This statistic encompasses more than 1.75 million hours
worked. |
