LOCAL RULES OF COURT |

Pursuant to Ohio Rules of Criminal Procedure 57, Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure 83, Ohio Traffic Rules 19, 20, and Sup.R. 5, the Hamilton County Municipal Court Judges hereby adopt the following as Local Rules of court to be known as the Administrative Rules of the Hamilton County Municipal Court and the Rules of Civil Procedure of the Hamilton County Municipal Court, including all contents of same and appendices attached hereto. These rules comply with The Rules of Superintendence hereafter cited as Sup. R.___, for the Courts of Ohio effective July 1, 1997 and Chapter 19 of the Ohio Revised Code. All previous rules adopted by any Judge or Judges prior to the effective date of these rules, which shall be 12:01 A.M. on Jan. 1, 2003, are hereby repealed. Rules of Civil Procedure of the Hamilton County Municipal Court are separate from the Administrative Rules and are available upon request. |
