If you[r] speed was in a posted school zone and was over 20 MPH but not more than 35 MPH your payout is $124.00. |
|
|
|
If your speed was in an area other than a posted school zone and was not more than 25 MPH over the posted speed limit, your payout is $124.00. |
|
|
|
If your speed was in an area other than a posted school zone and was over 25 MPH over the posted speed limit, your payout is $164.00. |
|
|
|
If operating in a construction zone and was over 25 MPH more than the posted speed limit, your payout is $269.00 |
|
|
|
If operating in a construction zone and was not more than 25 MPH over the posted speed limit, your payout is $189.00. |
|
|
|
If operating in a posted school zone and your speed was over 35 MPH, your payout is $164.00. |

hours of receipt of this citation:

Forward a check or money order for the specified amount along with your copy of the citation to the following address: Make checks or money order payable to THE CLERK OF THE HAMILTON COUNTY MUNICIPAL COURT and send same to Room 112, 1000 Sycamore Street, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202. |
