| 30 | Resisting officer | 145.00 |
| 31 | Animals and birds | 105.00 |
| Where applicable, Cincinnati Park Board sections not listed or newly created violations shall be a payout amount of $105.00 unless the same or similar violations exists under another payout schedule, in which case the payout shall be the same amount as the same or similar violation previously established. | ||
