  Pursuant to RC 2935.26 the Hamilton County Municipal Court hereby orders the following payout schedule and procedures for Criminal Minor Misdemeanors as listed:  
       

Total Payout shall be:

  $105.00 if paid within 168 hours;
includes $70.00 in Costs.
     

Total Payout shall be:

  $135.00 if paid after 168 hours but
prior to Court appearance; includes $70.00 in Costs.
     

Total Costs & Fine shall be: 

 

$180.00 if defendant fails to appear 
and a Capias is issued, which includes $70.00 in Costs and $25.00 in Capias fees.

  It is the further order of the Court that the Clerk of Courts of the Hamilton County Municipal Court shall have printed daily a Criminal Minor Misdemeanor Docket for those who first appear in Room B at 1:00 p.m. and at the beginning [of] said Docket permit those who appear to plea[d] Not Guilty, by signing a written plea of Not Guilty and be referred to the Assignment Commissioner for Trial, plead No Contest or Guilty and obtain one Stay to Pay for up to 30 days, fines and costs to be $135.00.  
     
  The following general rules shall be adhered to:  
        
 

1.

First Appearance Cases are the only ones eligible for this procedure.  
       
 

2.

Cases that have been capiased prior to the date that it is back on the docket are not eligible.

 
       
 

3.

Defendants are granted only one stay-to-pay by the Clerk.  
       
 

4.

If after the one stay-to-pay issued by the Clerk, the Defendant can't pay by the date given they must appear in front of the duty Judge for further action on their case.  
 

 

   
  This order to be effective for all who are cited on or after March 1, 2000. This policy shall apply to any and all similar violations adopted by the City of Cincinnati or the Ohio Legislature after the effective date of this order.
