If you[r] speed was in a posted school zone and was over 20 MPH but not more than 35 MPH your payout is $114.00. |
|
|
|
If your speed was in an area other than a posted school zone and was not more than 25 MPH over the posted speed limit, your payout is $114.00. |
|
|
|
If your speed was in an area other than a posted school zone and was over 25 MPH over the posted speed limit, your payout is $154.00. |
|
|
|
If operating in a construction zone and was over 25 MPH more than the posted speed limit, your payout is $259.00 |
|
|
|
If operating in a construction zone and was not more than 25 MPH over the posted speed limit, your payout is $179.00. |
|
|
|
If operating in a posted school zone and your speed was over 35 MPH, your payout is $154.00. |

hours of receipt of this citation:
