Recorder's Office provides
Award-Winning Presentations about services |
| |
 |
he Office of Hamilton County Recorder Rebecca Prem Groppe has developed a presentation that can be taken
throughout the County to explain the role of the Recorder’s Office and
the services it
provides |
|
| |
provides to the
community. Of particular interest is the large amount of historic records
available through the Recorder’s Office, some of which date back to the 18th
century. This presentation is updated on a regular basis and was development
entirely with internal staff at the Recorder’s Office. The presentation
program was recognized this summer with a National Association of Counties (NACo)
Achievement Award. To schedule a presentation for your group or organization
contact the Recorder’s Office at 946-4566. |

You may not be aware that a comprehensive study of
transportation needs is currently under way for Interstate 75 from

recommendations for locally preferred alternatives to improve the
movement of people and goods along this major stretch of
interstate highway. |

1950s). |
Keep on Truckin'
 | I-75 is one of the busiest trucking routes in North America, moving
an estimated $24.5 billion in goods annually. |
Our Neighbors to the North

Attention Hamilton County Employees: |
| |
Many county employees use
Firstar banks for check cashing. Firstar has asked that Hamilton County
employees be advised that all non-Firstar account holders
must show proper ID (state issued drivers
license or ID card). This is consistent with Firstar check cashing policies
and there will be no exceptions to this rule. |
