Private Drainage Easement for Storm Water Detention Plat

This example is a 24"x36" paper size.

The preferred plat size is 24"x36", however an 18"x24'' plat size is acceptable for small basins.
A signed Mylar is required after a paper copy is reviewed and approved.

Storm Water Detention As-Built" Drawing

This example is a 24"x36" paper size.

The preferred method is to generate an AutoCAD drawing showing the following information:

1. Contours generated from field shots.
2. All related storm sewers size, length, slope and material.
3. All related storm structures ODOT specification, top, and pipe inlet and outlet elevations.
4. Control structure top, orifice, and outfall pipe sizes and elevations.
5. Calculations showing the actual volume to the upper window sill or weir elevation of the control structure.
6. Show the as-built volume on the plan sheet.

Any legible paper size is acceptable.
