ABSENTEE BALLOT INFORMATION

Vote Early in Hamilton County - No more waiting in line at the polls!

You can vote early, which is the same as voting Absentee. And Early Voting is Easy!



Any registered voter in Ohio can request an Absentee Ballot. Request forms are
available on our website OR, request a ballot in writing and mail to:
Hamilton County Board of Elections, 824 Broadway, Cinti, OH 45202
A written request must include:
***Name, Address, Date of Birth, Phone number, Date of the election, Statement that you
are a qualified voter, & Signature;
***If the request is for primary election ballots, the elector's party affiliation;
***If the elector desires ballots to be mailed to the elector, the address to which those
ballots shall be mailed.
*** And one of the following -
----- Driver's license number
----- Last four digits of your social security number
----- A copy of a valid ID
----- A current utility bill, bank statement, military ID, government check, paycheck, or
other government document that has your name and address.

Once a request is received, a ballot is mailed to the voters home (or if indicated an
address outside Hamilton Co.) Absentee Ballots must be returned to the BOE by 7:30 pm
on Election Day & all information on the envelopes filled out correctly.

Absentee Voting Department at 632-7040.

voter registration form/absentee request form is also available at the Federal Voting
