Board of Trustees 2008-2009The Board of Trustees oversees the law librarian and approves expenses made using statutory fines and penalties received by the Law Library Association. The Law Library receives part of the proceeds from traffic tickets paid in Hamilton County under Ohio state law. Trustees are elected from the Association's membership for three year terms at each annual meeting. Officers are elected by the Board. Under Ohio Revised Code Chapter 3375, the Board appoints the law librarian and assistant law librarians, among other responsibilities.
