Lexis Offsite Access for Solo Attorneys

Through negotiations with LexisNexis, the Law Library offers offsite 24/7 Lexis access for our solo attorney subscribers (payable quarterly at $135 or annually at $540), a rate that is significantly lower than the monthly fee for solo attorneys subscribing directly via Lexis. 

Should you choose to take advantage of this offer, you will have access to Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana state and federal materials, including:

• Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana cases and codes

• Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana administrative cases and codes

• 6th Circuit Court of Appeals, district, and bankruptcy cases

• Law reviews and journals from Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana

• U.S. Supreme Court cases

• U.S. Code Service Annotated

• CFR

• Shepard's Citator Service

• Free linking to cases and codes

Our subscribers may continue to use “full” Lexis here on site at no charge. The advantage of this service is that it is available to you via password anywhere you have internet access. Here is the “fine print”: Lexis limits this offer to solo practitioners not currently Lexis customers. Sharing passwords with non-subscribers is not allowed and will result in revocation of service.
