Oyler's student loans were discharged due to undue hardship by the bankruptcy
court. ECMC appealed and the bankruptcy court was affirmed by the
Appellate Panel. Reversed, because Oyler failed to meet the standards
set in Brunner v. New York State Higher Educ. Serv. Corp., 831 F.2d 395 (2d
Cir. 1987).

Bruce plead guilty to bank fraud, based on evidence found in his hotel
room. District court sentenced Bruce, enhancing the sentence for
obstruction of justice. Bruce appealed, based on court's enhancement of
sentence, U.S. attorney's purported violation of plea agreement, and court's
dismissal of motion to suppress. Affirmed.

- No opinions.
