Public Notices

Public Notice is hereby given that Hamilton County, Ohio has made available for public comment the first draft 2010-2014 5-year Consolidated Plan for the Community Development Block Grant, HOME Investment Partnerships, and Emergency Shelter Grant Programs.  Details of the Plan are available on the Community Development Department’s website at www.hamilton-co.org/commdev or at the office located at the County Administration Building, 138 E. Court Street, Room 1002, Cincinnati, OH  45202.  Public Hearings inviting comments on the Plan will be held on Monday, November 9, 2009 and Wednesday, December 2, 2009, at 10:00 a.m., in Room 603 of the County Administration Building.  The final draft Consolidated Plan will be made available for a 30-day comment period beginning December 4, 2009.  The Board of County Commissioners will approve the final Consolidated Plan on January 6, 2010, for submission to the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD) on January 14, 2010.  HUD will review the Plan, and approval is expected by March 1, 2009.
