2012 Action Plan Public Notice

Public Notice is hereby given that Hamilton County, Ohio has published the draft 2012 Action Plan for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships, and Emergency Shelter Grant Programs.  A draft of the County’s internal 3 year Action Plan for CDBG funding will also be available for review.  Details of the Plan(s) are available on the Community Development website at www.hamilton-co.org/commdev or at the office located at the County Administration Building, 138 E. Court Street, Room 1002, Cincinnati, OH  45202.  A Public Hearing inviting comments on the Plan will be held on Wednesday, December 7, 2011, at 11:30 a.m., in Room 603 of the County Administration Building.  The draft Action Plan will be made available for a 30-day comment period beginning December 7, 2011.  The Board of County Commissioners will approve the final Action Plan on January 11, 2012, for submission to the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD) on January 14, 2012.  HUD will review the Plan, and approval is expected by March 1, 2012.
