Secret Shopper Program
The County Commissioners and staff of Hamilton County want to satisfy our customers. By focusing on practices that work and those that do not work, departments are able to become more customer friendly, build greater customer loyalty, and exceed public expectations.
A secret shopper is someone who is conducting business with a department under the guise of being a regular customer when, in fact he or she is reviewing and evaluating customer-department transactions. The secret shopper process looks at service delivery through the eyes of an average customer.
