Decisions, both foreclosure and non-foreclosure, issued by the magistrate shall be in the form prescribed by Civil Rule 53 and advise the reader of the opportunity to object. The magistrate’s decision shall also contain or have appended to it a praecipe requesting the Clerk of Courts to mail copies of the Decision to the parties and/or their attorneys.
