Attorney's that have purchased Court of Domestic Relations Forms on CD may access this
site to download court forms that may have changed do to O.R.C. rule's or Local
rule's changes. If you purchased a CD from the court, you should have received
an E-Mail from CDR Information Technology Department advising of your password
access. If you have not received this notices please contact the Court I.T. Department at (513) 946-9109.
To Down load court forms to your P.C. you must have the ability to Un-Zip Files, If you do not have this applications then go to www.winzip.com and download application. Warning, Winzip will load court forms to Windows Temp Directory on your P.C. or create a WinZip Directory, this is usually determined by the Windows application (Win95, 98, 2000 or XP)! Download process will overwrite your existing CDR Word forms if you select the same target directory as your existing Word files. If you do not want to overwrite your old CDR forms then select a different target directory to load court forms or select the Return to Main Page below to exist screen.
