Winton Rd. Phase I 

Phase I, extending from North Bend Road north to North Hill Lane, will be the last phase to begin construction. Phase I will consist of replacing 4 ½ foot sidewalks and existing curb with new 6 foot concrete sidewalks, and new concrete curbs. After the curb and sidewalks are built the road surface will be ground and re-surfaced with asphalt concrete. Within Phase I no streetscape or utility work is scheduled. Work on Phase I will begin when funding is secured.
