MAY IS... "Senior Fraud" and "Individuals with Developmental Disabilities Scams" month!

Scammers often target the most vulnerable populations in our community. Seniors are often a target for several reasons that can include decreased mental capacity, loneliness and the presence of a "nest egg" or additional savings. For individuals with developmental disabilities, caregivers and loved ones should be on the lookout for scams and theft perpetrated by those close to the individual.
