·         Bids Awarded:  The Hamilton County Board of Commissioners officially awarded one trade contract on Wednesday, September 12, 2001.  Details of the bid are as follows:

·         Construction Auditor announced to oversee Great American Ball Park: Hamilton County officials announced a three-year, $570,000 contract with KPMG. The accounting firm will oversee all policies and procedures at the construction site and examine the integrity of all reports and contract changes.  KPMG will be on the job, at the construction site, September 19.

 

·         Community Displays:  Throughout the summer, the Great American Ball Park project team has displayed the architectural model as well as a traveling display featuring photos and artist renderings of riverfront development.  Following is the display schedule for some upcoming display venues:

Traveling Display: September 7-19, Post Office Building, 525 Vine Street

                                 September 20-October 3, PNC/Chemed Building

Model Display:       September 30, Reds vs. Expos game – final home game of   

                           2001
