| Construction Schedule Report: On
December 16, project managers presented a Great American Ball Park
construction schedule update to the Hamilton County Commissioners at the
commissioners’ staff meeting.

SBE Numbers Remain Strong: Project managers also released a report
outlining the level of Small Business Enterprise participation in the Great
American Ball Park project. As of September 30, 2002, a total of 24.7% of
all contracted work had been committed to small businesses, which includes
any minority- and women-owned businesses that also are classified as small
businesses. A further breakdown shows that 11.3% of contracts went to
minority-owned businesses and 3.9% to women-owned business enterprises. |

Safety Update: Through September 30, only eight lost workday
incidents were reported for the construction of Great American Ball Park and
related projects. Even with these incidents, the project lost workday
incident rate stands at 1.2, well below the national average of 5.4. This
statistic encompasses nearly 1.4 million hours worked. |

until the implosion of Cinergy Field. The structure is scheduled for
implosion at 8:00 a.m. on December 29. |
