Plan Examination

Schedule a Pre-Design Meeting

Department staff are available in person, by phone and by email for conferences on building code issues. Designers are encouraged to seek information, interpretations, and guidance early in the design phase, and not wait until designs are nearly complete.  Meetings with Plans Examiners should be scheduled in advance by calling 513-946-4550.

Meetings for development and projects can easily be arranged with the various agencies involved in the permit process if requested. The Hamilton County Development Services Facilitator should be contacted at 513-946-4440.
