SERVICES

 

The Law Offices of the Hamilton County Public Defender provides legal

representation of indigent criminal defendants in:

Municipal Court

Juvenile Court

Drug Court

Mental Health Court

and the General Division of Common Pleas Court

 

To qualify for representation it must first be determined that you are indigent based upon the standards established by the Ohio State Public Defender's Office.  This generally requires an interview with one of our interviewers located on the third floor of the William Howard Taft Building at 230 East Ninth Street or if you are locked-up your indigency status will be reviewed by the attorney assigned to your case.
