Hamilton County Commissioners expanded the highly sought after “INSPIRE Youth Initiative” Grant that provides $5,000 to local grassroots organizations that support our youth. These grants are intended to reduce youth violence by supporting community organizations, churches, and after-school programs that create enriching and safe spaces for kids and teens.

The funds will be used to expand the nursing pathway program at Cincinnati State Technical and Community College, which will create more opportunities for students to become nurse aids (STNAs), practical nurses (LPNs), and registered nurses (RNs).
