Requestors desiring bid documents to be mailed, please note that there will be an additional charge of $3.00 for mailing the documents through US Mail. Requestors using UPS or FEDEX need only send payment in the amount of the bid packet cost, as shipping will be charged to your courier service.
Payment for shipping or mailing must be received prior to the bid documents being sent.
