Notice of destruction of exhibits for the Hamilton County Domestic Relations Court

 

Please be advised that, in accordance with Rule 26 of the Ohio Rules of Superintendence and Hamilton County Domestic Relations Court Local Rule 20.1, the Hamilton County Court of Domestic Relations intends to dispose of all exhibits, depositions, or transcripts entered into evidence prior to December 31, 1989. This notice is to serve as the required sixty day written notification as required by the Ohio Supreme Court Rules of Superintendence. The exhibits, depositions, or transcripts entered into evidence prior to December 31, 1989, will be destroyed if not claimed 60 days from the date this notice is published. These items may be retrieved from the Hamilton County Court of Domestic Relations File Room, Rm. 3-50, 800 Broadway, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202. Please call (513) 946-9102 in advance to schedule a convenient date on which to pick up these items.
